## Overview
The **Dialpad + PestPac integration** connects your phone system to WorkWave PestPac so pest control teams get instant customer context and complete call history with no manual logging. When an inbound call connects, Dialpad automatically searches PestPac for matching location records by phone number and pops the right account (or a list of matches) in the agent’s browser. After the call ends, the integration logs a detailed note to the PestPac location, including call direction, duration, agent, AI-generated summaries, recording link, and disposition. Transferred and missed calls are handled intelligently, giving you clean, consolidated notes and reliable data for reporting and service follow-up.
